Haddon Kitchens keeping customers safe during COVID-19

During these uncertain times, our primary focus is the health and safety of our staff and our valued customers. We would like to assure you that we are still providing free onsite design and quote appointments, and our showroom is still open 5 days a week.

To ensure the safety of our team and our customers we have implemented the following changes within our business.

Customer limits

To limit the number of customers in our kitchen renovation showroom at any one time our showroom is now 'by appointment only'. Please contact our team on 07 3204 0399 to arrange an appointment. Our opening hours remain the same - Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Clean hands

Hand sanitiser will be available in our showroom and is encouraged to be applied when you arrive and when you leave.

Routine disinfecting of surfaces

All of the showroom surfaces will be wiped down with a disinfectant spray between each appointment to maintain cleanliness for each customer.

Prioritising our customers

Our showroom will be limited to customers only for the foreseeable future. Supplier representatives will now be contacting us via phone or email.

Electronic communications

Contracts and Variation paperwork will be sent electronically where possible to further limit contact in our showroom. If this isn't an option, antibacterial wipes will be used to wipe down pens used during the signing of the paperwork.

Onsite or plan based quoting

Our kitchen designers are still making onsite appointments for free designs and quotes however if you would rather obtain a quote based off the plans you send in, we will happily provide you with a free quote based on the information you provide (subject to a site measure if you decide to proceed). Please contact our team and we can provide you with a checklist of information we require and an email address to send your plans and details through to.

No handshakes but lots of smiles

Our onsite kitchen renovation team will greet you as always with a big smile but no longer a handshake.

We are ensuring our team is implementing the most up to date hygiene practices in this current situation.

Keeping our staff safe

To protect our staff and their families we do ask that you notify us if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell and we will reschedule your onsite appointment or your showroom visit to a later date. If you have travelled and are self-isolating, or have had contact with someone who is self-isolating we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
